  • What does the purchase of each ticket offer?
    The purchase of a regular ticket gives access to the show. VIP ticket allows guest to go down into the pit.
  • What’s all involved with a pit pass?
    A pit pass allows guest to go down into the pit and see the trucks up close.
  • What's included with a VIP pit ticket?
    Access to the Pit to see the monster trucks and VIP seating.
  • If unable to attend a show, are pre-purchased tickets useable for a later show?
    Yes
  • In order to buy any shirts or monster trucks is it only cash?
    Cash or Card can be used to purchase merchandise.
  • Does a 2 year old need a ticket?
    Ages 2 and under are free.
  • Is there a way to upgrade to VIP Gold?
    You can upgrade them at the box office.
  • Are ear plugs sold at the shows?
    Ear Plugs will be available for purchase.
  • How do we get a ticket refund?
    We will honor them at our next show!
  • What is the age limit for “kids”?
    Kids 2 and under get in free.
  • Do GA tickets come with Pit Party Tickets?
    VIP includes Pit Party, however General Admission does NOT.
